The Belgian judoist Amelie Rosseneu will play for Israel

One of leading judoists of Belgium 25-year-old Amelie Rosseneu (48 kg) made the decision to replace nationality and to play for Israel. Transition under a flag of the new country became possible after two-way deals between federations of judo of Israel and Belgium, and comes into force since January 1, 2014.

According to the Belgian mass media that it for two years has relations with the 29-year-old Israeli judoist Roni Schwartz (52 kg) is the main reason of change of nationality of Amelie Rosseneu and girls made the decision on cohabitation in Israel.
Throughout Amelie Rosseneu's sports career six times won the championship of Belgium, in 2010 was the champion of Europe (U23) among youth in Sarajevo, repeatedly rose by podiums of the tournaments "Grand Slam", "Grand Prix" and the World Cups, five times became the strongest on European cups.  For January 1, 2014 Rosseneu takes the 15th place in the world rating-list of IJF in weight category to 48 kg.
In 2013 Rosseneu took the fifth place in the European championship in Budapest, thus conceded in a semi-final to the compatriot, the bronze prize-winner of OG-2012 of Charlene van Snik.  In recent years, with this judoist, Rosseneu competed for a place of the first number of the national team of Belgium in weight category to 48 kg.  We will remind that doping test van Snik taken from it on ChM-2013 in Rio de Janeiro yielded positive result and now it is threatened by two years' doping disqualification.
Lately Amelie Rosseneu became the second acquisition of the women's national team of Israel.
