In a gym "The southern Sakhalin Federation of Judo and Sambo" from November 25 to December 5 passed master classes from the eminent fighter on the mixed single combats - Vladislava Shkolin.

Vladislav Shkolin – the twice champion of Europe and the world on the mixed single combats, the twice champion of the world on ju - jitsu , is a President of "The Krasnodar regional Federation of aikido". In addition Shkolin V. is the 5th dan owner on ju - jitsu and to knife fight, the 7th dan on dzesinmon (expeditious karate and hand-to-hand fight), the 3rd Dunn on aikido, the master of sports in boxing.

The athlete carried out some trainings for judoists and sambo wrestlers "The southern Sakhalin Federation of Judo and Sambo" the most different age – from beginning wrestlers and to masters of sports. During master classes Shkolin V. paid attention to warm-up equipment, to new physical exercises, to psychology of athletes and generally to fight in parter; after all Brazilian ju - jitsu  is famous for work equipment in parter .

The eminent sensei appeared in a gym by the invitation of the President of Federation – Ruslan Teng.

As Teng R. reported: "Such master classes are simply necessary for athletes of all levels; after all to learn to eat always to that especially as Shkolin has a fine level of fight in parter.

In addition, we reached agreements with Sambo-70 school and in the nearest future we expect the honored trainer of the USSR on our trainings".

Except classical exercises and receptions Shkolin V. showed and taught the Sakhalin athletes to some receptions from other types of single combats, and also equipment of the correct breath.

It is worth noticing that Shkolin V. is author founder in Russia technicians of the correct breath – delta rhythms; which already practices and outside the country.
