Despite efforts from the state, the international question in multinational Russia over the years doesn't fade into the background, and opposite, several times a year becomes a subject of hot discussions and disputes. On this difficult subject the correspondent "Ridusa" has a talk with the known kickboxer Jabar Askerov, the Dagestani on a nationality.

On the account of the athlete set of respectable awards. Jabar Akserov the World champion and Europe on muay-thaw on the average weight, the champion of Europe on a kickboxing according to IAKSA-PRO. For the career it carried out more than 130 fights, in 90 from which won a victory. And already on April 5 in Milan within the Legend tournament Jabar should meet Artur Kishenko.

As it is surprising, but being the Dagestan boy from rather poor village, Jabar not really wanted to play sports.

- As though it was pleasant to me, at first was engaged because of respect for the father, only then with the first victories began to enjoy. Initially it was judo, and that on coercion. In the childhood all want to spend more time with children, to play.

However, today Jabar recognizes that time spent in a gym, was spent not for nothing. This circumstance affected and general views on life. According to the fighter, children constantly have to be occupied with something, differently the chance is too great that "will go not on that path". Nevertheless, absolutely to deprive of children of the childhood to anything.

Later Jabar borrowed with a kickboxing as this type of single combats especially was pleasant to his father. And already soon I went to Thailand on the first big competitions. The young man so liked this Asian country that two years later he got over there for ever. But a main goal was - to get fighting experience which in Russia at that time wasn't. A peculiar training was tightened for the whole 8 years then already the champion went to improve the skills to Australia. Except the sports achievements in Russia Jabar is known for the statements on an international subject. "Be I the Muscovite, I, probably, itself would hate all visitors. I am irritated by this Lezgian to the subway, religious shouts near clubs. And then people who so behaved, complain: us for some reason don't love. Well, of course, don't love", is a quote of one of Jabar's interview.

- Many say that I blame Caucasians is a lie, I don't blame all people, a brand on all people, especially on the, I don't put. I put on those who behaves in an unseemly way. To me often say that I blame only Caucasians though it too is incorrect. I speak about all who incorrectly behaves. It is sick and unpleasant to me for the fellow countrymen, and I do them remarks.

Also the athlete speaks about emotions and provocations which can't give in as it is fraught with the international conflicts.

- It seems to me if you respect the relatives, native, you never will make so that not only about you, but also about your fellow countrymen spoke badly. Each person is a person of the people. Therefore it is necessary to lead a positive life. However, the athlete speaks and about the reasons of obvious difficulties in an international question. In his opinion, the main reason - culture decomposition …

- We have even not western culture, we have the western lack of culture.

The correspondent "Ridusa" asked to address to historical information of the Caucasian region and the events proceeding there. In particular, on long history of accession of the Caucasus to the Russian Empire.

- Then all were at war among themselves. But over time came to compromises. And in spite of the fact that war proceeded very long, we were a part of Russia. And now, if the Caucasus separates from Russia, from it there will be only the Moscow region.

Jabar believes that in that case in all regions of Russia "the separatichesky virus", warmed up from abroad will join. By the way, in his opinion, events in Ukraine develop on one of the scenarios, the developed western intelligence services. Continuing a subject of the true reasons, Jabar speaks about cultural decline.

- Society degradation. It is pleasant to me as against it fight in Chechnya. They have on television singing girls, put on properly and in any way differently.

It seems to me, each region has to come back to the old culture.

Whether on a question of the correspondent will lead it to bigger misunderstanding, the athlete pays attention that all people of Russia have identical universal values.

In a counterbalance to today's culture, the athlete puts culture of the Soviet Union:

- I am positive to the Soviet power, especially to the Soviet society to culture. It seems to me that in those days people were more friendly, and weren't embittered at each other. In my opinion, now there is no the action, the friendship directed on strengthening between nationalities. For example, a youth exchange as it was in the same Union. And if someone the behavior to leave the standard framework, they need to be punished rigidly, and not, but to appropriate authorities. The last question concerned subsidized policy.

- In the Caucasus a lot of oil is extracted. The center makes nothing. In the capital control is exercised only. And in Chechnya and Dagestan a lot of oil is extracted. I saw statistics, oil approximately on 600 billion rubles left the Caucasus in the center, and back as grants only 400 billions returned. It turns out that the center still owes 200 billions to people. Nevertheless, all of us work for the benefit of our country. Regions have to feed, and the center has to think and operate.
