Meeting with Alexander Karelin: about overcoming, fidelity, persistence

– How call? Or it is possible simply the tsar? – kindly Aleksandr Karelin jokes, signing a card for the beginning wrestler.

The theater hall " Krasnyy fakel" , the triple winner of Olympic Games on Greco-Roman wrestling sat down at an entrance to a hall. It is difficult not to notice stately San Sanycha Karelin but while young athletes with noise and laughter surrounded the victor of Olympic Games in London Roman Vlasov. On ranks of children I ran hardly noticeable pinches: "There Karelin, we will go, we will approach, yet didn't begin! Went rather! Only the hardware, and that we won't break! " So the most big-eyed boys and little girls, on the sly, as though secretly reached to Karelin for the photo and the autograph.

On April 29, 2013 in Novosibirsk the state academic drama theater " Krasnyy fakel" many gathered: veterans of the sports, the glorified trainers and athletes, winners of Olympic Games, the world and European championships.

But the main guests of evening – children: pupils of sports sections, clubs and city schools together with trainers and parents, and also children with limited opportunities of health which overcoming itself, go in for sports, creativity, study and develop. Despite, misunderstanding meeting sometimes, on own singularity, these heroes cover all aspects of life, breathe a full breast – miracles of human will, spirit so are born. As prelude to sincere conversation the movie devoted to this force of overcoming, – inconsistent pressing, but a pure feeling of belief in tomorrow, in own opportunities served.

After narration end present participants of "Adult conversation", this unusual meeting so was called, willingly shared impressions:

Alexander Zhukov, pupil of the Center of rehabilitation "Olesya":

– I am with all the heart happy that I managed to visit such action. Especially I was touched with that San Sanych spoke about overcoming force, about work on, about self-improvement and strength of mind. There are moments when it is difficult to unusual children to find the way, I know it on myself therefore for me that support which I felt today as all heart is personally important. I am happy.

Dmitry Christoff, captain of IFC "Ermak", goalkeeper:

– The meeting turned out home-style cozy, differently you won't tell. It seems to me, I was for a long time loaded with motivation, patriotism. There is a wish to work over itself. And tomorrow there is a wish to rise since morning, to overcome laziness, to make charging. Especially as today in one hall there are so much experts, professionals who the example show, what results the real work on gives.

Dmitry Sudakov, IFC "Ermak":

– Aleksandr Karelin told as though about all about anybody I didn't forget from the present. And it is healthy that it never does without humour – therefore with it easily and don't notice how time flies!

Katya, Paulina and Nastya, pupils of the Siberian club of gymnastics:

– Aleksandr Karelin as always is magnificent, is what to gather for itself from conversation. The school diary really have to check both parents, and the trainer. At us, in the Siberian club to gymnastics, and it is accepted, after all with the trainer the special relations. It was pleasant when Alexander Aleksandrovich presented our Club to all hall – we always with pleasure help on tournaments on Greco-Roman wrestling.

Miryuk Dasha, does swimming in the pool "Azure":

– So there was a wish to look at Karelin. Impression very good, strong. The incentive in sports, aspiration to achieve good results increased. Still I saw today our well-known swimmers – Sergey Akhapov and Anastasia Glukhikh – it is healthy!

Kirill, young pupil of "Dynamo":

– Impressively! I alive saw Karelin the first time – so for it waited! I didn't worry – us after all learn to fight in fight against any excitement, but is very glad. The most important that I for myself took out today – it is necessary to aspire to the purpose and never to be given. And after such parting word I won't give up.

Andrey, Vitaly and Slava, more mature pupils of "Dynamo", already winners and prize-winners of superiority of various level:

– We were very lucky, Karelin and Vlasov train together with us at Victor Mikhaylovich Kuznetsov's school, we always can ask anything, ask for suggestions. But today couldn't but come, it validly to learn opportunity something new, even to open new in itself rather. In the future we will be faithful excellent Siberian tradition – repeatedly to win on Olympic Games.
