Alexey Vakulenko -  resident of Kramatorsk, the master of sports of the international class, the repeated champion of Ukraine, the numerous champion and the prize-winner of the international tournaments in Russia, Poland, Hungary, Spain and other countries. Tournament devoted to Alexey Vakulenko's memory became already traditional for our city and to be carried out since 2008.

Ceremony of opening of tournament took place today in the DGMA sports and improving complex. More than 250 wrestlers take part in competitions from the cities of Lugansk, Donetsk, Kharkov areas, ARE the Crimea, and also athletes from the city of Voronezh (Russia). Age of participants from 8 to 18 years. The Kramatorsk team is represented by 40 athletes from five schools of Greco-Roman wrestling of our city. Preliminary fights of wrestlers began at 10.00 and will end in the late afternoon. Tournament will last two days. 28 final duels will be carried out.
